Entries will only be accepted via the Internet. Click one of the links below and follow the links to the Breeders' Cup®" Second Chance Entry screen. At the Second Chance Entry screen, players must enter all required information, including the player’s name, street address, city, state, zip code, home and/or work telephone number, and the 18-digit Validation Number and the 3-digit Ticket Number located on the front, bottom portion of the ticket. If a player does not have a phone number, an alternate phone number where the player can be reached must be provided. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 P.M. E.S.T. ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2010 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING. The Validation Number from any eligible non-winning $5 Breeders' Cup® scratch-off ticket may be entered only once. By submitting an entry, players agree to the rules and regulations of this promotion. PLAYERS MUST RETAIN THEIR NON-WINNING $5 BREEDERS' CUP SCRATCH-OFF TICKET AS PART OF THE ENTRY AND PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZE SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AS A WINNER.
